Message from Head of BC Secondary
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the British Curriculum Secondary School at Al Khor International School, where students continue their educational journey in a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment. We are guided by a clear vision of securing our future through a premier education, ensuring that every student feels safe, valued, and confident to be themselves while being encouraged to explore their passions and reach their full potential.
Our curriculum is broad and rigorous, designed to develop strong academic foundations alongside essential skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and leadership. Learning is enriched through a wide range of co-curricular opportunities, enabling students to grow in confidence and prepare for higher education, future careers, and active participation in society.
We place great importance on character and well-being. Guided by our shared values of responsibility, kindness, compassion, and respect, we work closely with families to support each student’s personal and academic development. As our students progress through secondary school, they develop the resilience, independence, and global awareness needed to become confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals.
