Message from the Head of BC Primary

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the British Curriculum Primary School, where our youngest learners begin their educational journey in a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment. We believe that positive wellbeing and engaging learning are the foundations of lifelong success, and we are committed to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their potential.

Our curriculum is carefully designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, while developing key skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem solving. Learning is enriched through a wide range of co-curricular opportunities that support personal growth and build confidence.

Guided by our shared values of honesty, kindness, respect, compassion, and responsibility, we work in close partnership with families to support each child’s academic and personal development. As our pupils grow, they develop the character, skills, and global awareness needed to become caring, confident, and responsible members of our community.

BC Primary offers a vibrant, nurturing, and academically rich environment from Foundation Stage through Year 6. Our curriculum follows the National Curriculum for England from Years 1 to 6, while our Foundation Stage is guided by Birth to Five Matters, ensuring a strong, developmentally appropriate start for our youngest learners.
