Extra-Curricular Activities

Learning at AKIS extends beyond the classroom. Our Extra-Curriculum Activities (ECA) programme gives students opportunities to explore their interests, develop their talents and build new skills through a broad range of experiences.

Built around three key pillars - Academics, Sport and Culture - the programmed encourages participation, teamwork, creativity, leadership and personal growth.

Model United Nations

Model United Nations (MUN) gives students the opportunity to explore global issues through research, debate, negotiation and diplomacy. Students participate in conferences alongside peers from local and international schools, developing valuable skills in public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership.

Established in 2015, AKISMUN is a thriving student-led programme involving students from both the British Curriculum and CBSE pathways. A student executive team leads the programme, providing further opportunities for leadership, organisation and service.
